1. Do you accept guests for quarantine?

Hotel Kimberly Manila is a quarantine hotel duly certified by the Department of Tourism and Bureau of Quarantine.

We accept the following guests as mandated by the government:

-Overseas Filipino Workers
-Returning Filipinos
-Foreign Nationals allowed entry into the Philippines
-Neighboring Workers of Essential Services as defined by the Philippine Government

Leisure guests are still not allowed at this time.

2. What is the maximum allowable guests per room?

Only single occupancy is allowed unless traveling with spouse or immediate family sharing the same household. Proof of residency may be requested upon check-in.

Our suite rooms are ideal for families as they are more spacious with kitchen facilities and sitting area.

Premier Family room has a spacious and comfortable living space that comes with kitchenette. Good for 2 to 3 guests from the same household.

Executive Family suite offers an expansive accommodation with dining area and kitchenette. Good for up to 4 guests from the same household.

3. Do you provide airport pick-up?

Yes. Airport pick-up is P1,700.00 via car and P2,900.00 via van. Prebooking is required.

4. Can we book a room with meal plan?

Yes. We offer quarantine package that includes room and full board meals. Our Café K restaurant is also open from 6am to 8pm and offers a delicious array of local and international dishes cooked fresh on the premises by our chef. Our food has consistently received good feedback from guests.

5. Do you allow outside food delivery?

Due to BOQ (Bureau of Quarantine) guidelines, outside food delivery are NOT ALLOWED.

6. Will I be allowed to go out during my quarantine stay?

Hotel and government regulations prohibit guests from leaving the room while on quarantine. It is necessary to follow the safety protocols set by the hotel to ensure the safety of the guests and hotel staff. Each room is equipped with a phone and our reception is staffed 24 hours. As per government mandate, non-compliance of the guest will be reported to the authority.

7. What is your cancellation policy?

Due to the evolving situation of Covid-19 in the Philippines, the hotel offers free rebooking and free cancellation for flights affected by travel restrictions.

8. Do you allow social events or MICE (meetings, incentives, conference and exhibitions) events?

Social events and MICE events are not allowed as mandated by the government for quarantine hotels.
